Hey Everyone! Lately, I've been really trying to be good about going to the gym. Even my trainer who I was training with in the fall said, " You're back at the gym?" Yes. Besides teaching zumba which I can't ever back out of, I haven't seen much of the gym lately. But, I'm back on my fitness pal (awesome app!) & have been going to gym about 4-5 times a week.
Anyways... I saw this floating around facebook & figured I should try this challenge for the month of February. I normally see these on pinterest like a week after they have started. Then, I'm like, "eh, it's already gone by a week" So, I never end up doing them.
But, it's the first day of February!! Who's with me to take up this challenge?!? (You will have to change it a little since this February starts on a Friday and has 28 days. So, really it's Fab Ab February + a day) I also find it humorous that the post before this one is unhealthy superbowl food, that should get you motivated to work out!!!
